How Impactly Measures the Impact of Harassment Prevention Training
The Facts
Q&A
Millions of employees sit through harassment prevention training annually, yet very few employers have any idea if their training is working.
Impactly is here to help your organization measure the efficacy of your current training and policies.
1.What is it?
In December, 2018, Impactly will launch the first research-based, standardized Workplace Climate Survey tool that enables employers to measure the efficacy of current harassment and discrimination prevention programs.
2.How does it work?
Impactly will offer a free, lightweight employee engagement platform and standardized Workplace Climate Survey Instrument (read: 25 research-based survey questions) to enable you to quickly measure the efficacy of your current harassment and discrimination prevention efforts.
